Head of WHO Emergency Situations Unit Mike Ryan also praised the preparations of Germany and South Korea, stating that both countries have the capacity to overcome new infections. In Germany, which decided to relax the restrictions, the epidemic has regained speed. In South Korea, with the reopening of nightclubs, new cases were encountered. "Flock immunity" alert Ryan also mentioned the herd immunity discussions, sacrificing an older group of people, the idea of bringing herd immunity to the society is "a very, very dangerous account." "If the disease progresses at a low level without the possibility of examining the bulk infection clusters, there is always a chance that the virus will erupt again," Ryan warned.
